President of Cometa VET school (500 students) and Secretary General of IATH, VET College on Tourism (180 students). Since 2018, Chairman of the National Association of Colleges-ITS (Rete ITS Italia). He got his degree in Economics at Università di Siena and a Master in Economics and Management of non profit, with a specialization in CSR management. Member of the Board of Compagnia delle Opere – Opere Sociali and Fondazione Ticinese Sant’Angelo di Loverciano, member of the Italian CSR Manager Network. Trainer and speaker at national and international conferences; author of several publications on sectorial journals.

She cooperates with IULM University on educational activities in ICT, and she operates as a consultant on new digital technologies and new media. Anita Longo holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science, a master degree in Economics and she collaborates with non-profits in the education field. She has a master degree as an Orientation Professional, to support young students and workers in deciding and planning their careers. Since 2015, Anita Longo has been Academic Coordinator at IATH Academy in Cernobbio (Como, Italy), a level 5 EQF institute which aims to train qualified junior professionals operating in the Tourism and Hospitality sectors.

Anne-Birgitte is a PhD fellow at Aalborg University (DK) specializing in the research field on educational leadership and organizational capacity building in VET. Next to her PhD, Anne-Birgitte do (national and international) project management within the substance of leadership for learning, moreover she teach at the Danish master in educational leadership at AAU.Dk Anne-Birgitte Rohwedder has been working within the VET sector since 2001. After ten years as a teacher at Randers Social - og Sundhedsskole, she continued working in the same organization as a manager and a consultant on pedagogical and didactics issues. Currently Anne-Birgitte works in a join partnership between Aalborg University and Randers Social – og Sundhedsskole.

Como, 1964. Trainer specialized in Neuropsychological Rehabilitation, she has been working for twenty years before joining Cometa in the field of therapeutic and rehabilitation in the areas of drug addiction, social disorder and prostitution. For ten years she has been working as a counsellor in Cometa, organization recognized by the Lombardy Region for employment services for Cometa students and external benificiaries (young and adult unemployed). Her past experience in social disadvantage allows her to carry out in particular guidance activities for young people and adults who are experiencing difficulties, using tools for Balance of Competences and Active Job Search. These tools, according to a her personal methodology, aim at enhancing motivation, knowledge/self-consciousness, and developing a personalized project of integration into the world of work or training. In Cometa she is the author of the "Unità Formativa Stage" (Training Didactic Unit), an experimental material used for four years to help students prepare, re-elaborate and fully benefit from the potential for personal growth and preparation for the job market, the experience of internships.

PhD at Università di Bergamo in Human Capital Formation and Labour Relations, I got my degree at Università Cattolica in Pedagogy for disability and marginality; I am Case Manager (master at Università Cattolica). Since 2011 I have been teacher in Oliver Twist VET school of Cometa Formazione, in charge of supporting students with disabilities and learning disabilities. My tasks include: adapting texts, simplifying comprehension, producing documents PDF, PEI, PDP (ICF classification), mediation and assisting teachers as co-teacher. My aim, both in practice and research, is to create an inclusive and personalized approach in learning activities; to support students in gaining basic skills and in their placement.

PhD at Università di Bergamo in Human Capital Formation and Labour Relations, I got my degree at Università Statale of Milan in Philosophical Sciences. Since 2010 I have been a tutor in Oliver Twist VET school of Cometa Formazione, in charge of tutoring students at the first, second and third year in secondary school and drop out students. My tasks include: researching internships for students, monitoring and evaluating their formative experience in companies, programming individual and personalized projects in learning activities, support students in gaining basic and soft skills, coaching, mediation and assisting teachers and families in the relation with students. My aim is to support each student in their formative path during the years of the secondary school.

Francesco Campiotti (Varese, 1986) got his degree at Università Cattolica Milan in Modern Philology. Since 2011 he has been teaching Italian Language at Cometa Formazione and he is also trainer for trainers. His research focuses on experiential learning, digital tools in education and training, outdoor training for students and trainers. In 2016 he got his PhD at Università di Bergamo in Human Capital Formation and Labour Relations. He is currently teacher of Digital Communication for Tourism at the International Academy of Tourism and Hospitality in Cernobbio.
